Donations to pave the Trail

The Magrath and District Recreation Committee is raising funds to pave the trail as outlined in the attached map. Donations to the paving of the trail can be received at the Town Hall, 1st Choice Savings or can be mailed to the Magrath and District Recreation Committee P.O Box 327 Magrath AB T0K 1J0. Donations over $100 will receive a personalised brick that will be displayed at the different trail heads of the trail. To have your own personalised brick for future generations to see, please download the attached form, fill it out and drop it off or mail it to one of the above locations with your donation of at least $100.

Please make cheques payable to the Magrath and District Recreation Committee.

Reminders

Business Licenses – 2011 Annual Business Licenses have expired and are now due for renewal for 2012 at a cost of $60.00 each.

Dog Licenses – All dogs in the Town of Magrath must be licensed and renewed on an annual basis.  2011 tags have expired and 2012 tags may be purchased at the Town Office.  Altered (Spayed or Neutered) dogs - $20.00/year and unaltered dogs - $40.00/year.

Taxes – Citizens who pay their taxes by post-dated cheque must have this set up with the office by January 31, 2012. To determine the amount of the cheques, please contact Town Office.  Those who are set up on pre-authorized debit will continue without any further action required.
